Semantic Web and existing Web Semantic Web – is a widening of existing Web, it is not its substitute. RDF islands and, possibly, ontologies, connected with them, can be developed little by little. Big applied fields can “locally” use Semantic Web technologies and then they can broader distribute itself in Network. In other words, we should not think that Semantic Web will lead to full reorganization of existing Internet. Are there any serious problems with intellectual property rights if data during integration will be cashing? The answer is both “yes” and “no”. Just today Web has faced with such problem. At last, documents you look through with help of usual browser are usually cashed on the customers’ side. Nevertheless, it seems not to make big problems in Internet. Approach of Semantic Web does not significantly distinct from this situation.
